  "message": "Add the PowerVR SDK as a git submodule\n\nThe primary purpose of doing this is to have all the PowerVR SDK\nexamples in one place and remain up-to-date. This change also lets us\nsimplify a bit of our CMakeLists.txt as we only need to use\nadd_subdirectory to build everything we need.\n\nThe PowerVR SDK examples are built by explicitly enabling\nSWIFTSHADER_BUILD_PVR_EXAMPLES (either through a cmake gui, or\n-DSWIFTSHADER_BUILD_PVR_EXAMPLES\u003dON on the command line).
